RD Service Online - Terms and Conditions: Kindly fill all the relevant details for RD Installation Service / AMC Service very carefully, there is no any way to change your registration data further after the registration of Aadhaar RD Service Morpho. For each RDService registration your device must be sourced from genuine seller and Serial no. should be validated on manufacturer's server viz. Mantra MFS 100, SCL Safran OT Morpho MSO E, Cogent 3M CSD 200, Access StarTek FM220, Secugen Hamster Pro 20, Bioenable Nitgen. In case of validation of your device it may take two (2) to three (3) working day's till the activation. You will get the details of service support team for further. If the validation will fail then we will escalate this issue to the Manufacturer or OEM and it may take time. In case of further issue escalation you will get direct support from OEM. In case of invalid serial no. or technical issue refund will be initiated after your confirmation and could take time of three to four working day's. AMC validity only be applicable after verification of device by our technical team. For Precision  510 devices - (In case if your Device is blocked on SBI Portal) (1) -  We will refund your RD registration amount after deducting processing fees which will be 50% of the paid amount. (2) - You can adjust your total amount in RD Service of any other eligeble device. (3)-  Total amount Paid against RD can be used to purchase products and services online or offline on Radium Box platform.
